에프가 있지만 기름에 튀긴 치키니를 만들어보고싶었어요
도착이 저녁시간때였는데 딱 알맞우 시간에 도착해 깨끗이 닦고
사용했어요 첨에 예열을 190도에 5분돌리고 170도 3분더해서 치킨을 퐁당시켰지요
기름이 많이들어가는걸 기름넣으면서 알게되었네요ㅋㅋ
일단 윙봉을 깨끗이 씻고 우유에 30분 담궈두고
30분후 깨끗이 씻어 키친타올로 닦아내고 소금+후추+다진마늘+맛술로 간을 해준후 비닐팩에 튀김가루를 넣어 윙봉을 넣어 쉐킷쉐킷해준후 빈 쟁반에 옮겨담두고 170도 8분 맞춰 튀김기에 퐁당시켜줬어요
튀김기에 뚜껑이 있어 기름튈일없어 넘 만족했어요
5분정도될쯤 뚜껑열어 뒤집어주고 뚜껑닫아 3분기다려주고 익은거같아 채에 받쳐 기름을 빼주고요.
전 후라이드반 양념반할거라 기름빼고있을때 양념을 만들어줬어요
양념은 고추장+맛술+간장+딸기잼+케찹+다진마늘+올리고당 넣어 졸여준뒤 기름뺀 치킨을 양념에 섞어줬어요

그리하여 튀김기사용에 후라이드도 완전맛있고
온도조절 중간중간 보면서 해주셔야해요
담엔 감튀도 하고 대창도 튀겨볼꺼에요ㅎㅎ
